MULTIPLE-ENTRY VISA (INDEX D212)

Requirements

1. A scanned color copy of the passport ID page *valid at least for 6 months upon the date of arrival in Indonesia
2. Recent colored photograph (4x6cm) with white background *digital version
3. A copy of the latest bank statement that shows the applicant’s name with a minimum balance of USD 2000 or equivalent *in English
4. Flight tickets in and out of Indonesia *in English
5. Address in Bali
6. Statement letter in English states will not work while in Indonesia.*a draft will be provided

Important Information

1. As a D212 Visa holder, the applicant isn’t allowed to work and make an income in Indonesia
2. This visa allows the applicant to travel in and out of Indonesia within 1 year.
3. The applicant gets 60 days of stay every time the applicant enters Indonesia.
4. Once the visa is issued, we will email it. From the visa issuance date, the applicant has a window of 90 days to enter Indonesia otherwise the visa will expire.
5. This visa is extendable. Part of the extension process is that we will need the applicant’s presence at the immigration office nearest the applicant’s residence for a photo and fingerprint, which we will notify the applicant of 1 or 2 days in advance.
6. In case of sudden and unexpected changes in regulations or pricing from the Immigration office, requirements and/or prices stated in this document will be adjusted accordingly by CCI.
